We do not require a reservation for the water circuit (access to the relaxation areas, hot baths, saunas, steam room). For massages and aesthetic treatments, we strongly suggest calling 514-284-0333 to reserve your desired time. We will of course do our very best to accommodate last-minute requests.
Bota Bota is permanently docked at the Quays of the Old Port; it is not a cruise boat, although its design will certainly inspire a voyage of sorts, without ever moving...
You can reach our reservation agents 7 days a week from 9am to 7pm. Please have your credit card ready.
The timing of your stay is calculated from the moment you arrive at the locker room, + or - the time required to take a shower and change back into your clothing. We will ensure that you never feel rushed.
No. Bota Bota is reserved for adults 18 years and older.
This option is only offered on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays upon reservation, and is subject to change without notice. Please note, however, that visits to Bota Chic (manicures and pedicures) don't need to be paired with the water circuit.
We ask that you cancel your reservation 48 hours before your appointment; otherwise we will charge you 50% of the cost of your treatment/massage. This is standard practice in our industry.
Pregnant woman, 12 weeks or less, must present a note from their doctor before receiving a massage. For women more than 3 months pregnant, please consult your doctor, as well as for any other issues related to your overall health.
Access to the water circuit includes a towel and robe. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hairbrushes and hairdryers are available for use in the locker rooms. Please bring your bathing suit, flip flops/water shoes, and a water bottle (preferably reusable)
Bota Bota is easily accessible by public transport, only a short 10-minute walk from Métro Square Victoria. There are also countless BIXI bike share stations in the area. If you prefer taking your car, the Quai Alexandra offers a sheltered public parking lot, just 400 metres from Bota Bota. Also, there are many parking metres spots available in the area for visits of 2 hours or less.
Bota Bota has chosen products from Bernard Cassière, a well-established line from France and the 30 other countries in which it is distributed. Bernard Cassière uses only active plant-based ingredients. We use the product lie Spa Rituals for our manicures and pedicures at Bota Chic.
Products from the Bernard Cassière line and Spa Rituals are for sale at our boutique, situated next to the reception desk. We also sell bathing suits and beach sandals.
