The Swedish massage is a dvnamic massage technique that seeks to dissolve tension and firm up both muscles and points of articulation. Its invigorating and relaxing effect aim to improve both blood and lymph circulation, eliminate toxins, and helps the body return to its natural equilibrium.

The Californian massage takes the mind-body approach and is characterized by large, sweeping, fluid movements coupled with a firm and full motion. It serves to ground the individual in their body and promotes emotional well-being with a sense of airiness and weightlessness.

The Shiatsu is a massage technique that traces its roots to Japan. It uses touch to re-balance the flow of vital energy in the parts of the body with either an excess or deficiency of it. Practiced on a futon over one's clothing, it serves to improve muscle tissue flexibility, helps in aligning the skeletion and facilitates the harmonious development of th nerous system.

Deep tissue massge is typically performed without oil, using long and slow maneuvers. It targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissues and helps to relieve chronic muscle tension by loosening the muscles and eliminate toxins.

Your limbs will feel lighter with the tempo of the waltz.  Your hands will be caressed to the calming song of the river.  This massage therapist's moves are guided by the sound of a live harp, bringing you to a place of profound serinity. With its Californian inspiration, the Bota Bota massage choreographed to music will remind you of a gentle dance.

Bota Bota, spa-sur-l'eau offers two fersions of this new massage.  The first will be enjoyed with a recorded music, and the second option will feature live music by renowned harpist Annabelle Renzo.  This is a particularly unique experience, almost like being massaged by 4 hands : two hands carefully work on your body, tow hands gently play the harp.  It is at once a concert and a massage.  You will instantly feel the harp's soothing vibrations throughout your body, choreographed completely in synch with the movements of your massage.  This is an experience not to be missed.
